yes, i am 38 weeks prego and huge in this...but dont you love my boots..ha. that is what i have to focus on! when i am prego my feet dont swell..so of course my budget goes to....shoes and sweaters that dont do up...
This is another post about the kiddies.
Navy. my dear Navy. you are the best baby ever. i say this with crossed fingers. have you ever noticed that when you tell someone you have the worlds best baby people usually make it known pretty quick that that could all change in a heart beat. i love being blissfully naive.
i know my sweet darling baby will probably not sleep seven hours through the night forever....but she might.
i know she probably wont want me to sunggle her forever...but she might.
i know she probably wont want me picking out all of her clothes forever...but she might. im a pretty good shopper..ha!
i know she probably wont like asparagus and mushrooms..but she might.
The other day i started to talk about going back to work. Chris interrupted me and said i need to live in the moment. i was also talking about freezing time...well, what good does that do to you, instead, the challenge for me is to live in the here and now and enjoy every moment with my family! When Parks was born, i would tell people he had blue eyes.....and quickly people would let me know that they would change....
'dont you know they can change as late as age two, they will most likely be brown'!
oh, sorry ma'am....but his eyes are blue RIGHT NOW... im just saying!
but wouldnt you know it... guess whose eyes are now more green than blue. i guess both of us were wrong!

and here i am now with a little girl who was born with strawberry blonde hair and crystal blue eyes. whoda thunk it! i know my sweet darling baby will one day say 'no' for every other word...but for now she just lays there and smiles... what more could a mother want from her baby!

Some things i am LOVING about Parks
1. Parks is starting to talk about EVERYTHING. his new word these days is 'watch' he has taken an interest in soccer and is constantly kicking the ball down in the basement.. but the catch is that he always yells 'watch' even if i am two inches away from him..it is hilarious.
he is also a big....'seeya, bye, seeya bye' guy. he loves saying things over and over...he always says 'three, four, three four' and 'mommy, daddy, mommy daddy'. he is getting pretty good at it!
2. 'i wanna' (fill in the blank)
parks really 'wants' alot of things lately..... i wanna clean up, i wanna sitchel (pop-sickle), i wanna daddy, i wanna cookie, i wanna mommy, i wanna these/those, i wanna bowl. the list really does go on and on.....he is constantly in the pantry or opening up the freezer to see what he 'wannas'
3. kisses....kisses are everywhere. Parks will gladly give you a kiss....but ask for it, and you can pretty much kiss your kiss goodbye. The other day Parks gave Chris a big hug and pulled his cheeks together with his hands and gave him a big kiss. of course after he lets go of your cheeks you realize his nails were dug into your skin an eigth of an inch, but it is so worth it.
4. Parks walks around the house saying everyones name he knows...mostly all of his cousins names, the Jensen kids, and he has started to say Evies name recently.
5. Parks has started to act a bit shy... well, he has always been slow to warm up, but he has started to put his hands in his mouth and look away when he feels like he is in the spot light. Parks being shy is totally fine, but so i have been told i was extremely shy growing up....and i dont really want that for Parks....so i hope he gets over that sooner than later.
6. Parks is obsessed with Sports... still. as long as he doesnt like hockey i am okay with that.
7. Parks is a fantastic eater.. still...he seriously eats most anything i give to him. sometimes he will turn foods away, but at a later date he will eat them...what a good boy.
8. Parks is a horrible sleeper......still.....but, it could be worse... i could have two horrible sleepers.
9. Parks loves to sing. there is a rythm hand clapping thingy that goes...lets get the rythm of the hands, lets get the rythm of the feet, lets get the rythm of the hot dog! Parks absaloutly loves this, he starts pretending to eat hot dogs and dances around...priceless.
whenever any tune is on he is the first to start workin out his dance moves!
10. is starting to sing... so cute.. twinkle twinkle little star is high on his list.....
11. Okay, it is obvious that i love that little boy.. but really who wouldnt! the only people i can think of would be his nursery leaders...ha

I am dying right now from the cuteness!!! Your kids are so so so sos cute!!! And I am so glad that Navy is a good baby. I can't wait to finally meet her!!!
People told me the same thign with Samantha and her sleeping. She is 4, and still a great sleeper.
Each kid is different, so no one truely knows what will happen or how they will work out...which is great! When someone gets on my nerves about something I say, or what I like about her now, I just remind them that no one really knows, as every kid is different.
Such cute kids! LOVE the family pic.
so cute marisa and those pictures of you guys are darling...ps if I had a cute little belly like yours accessories would be the least of my worries. Maybe next kid will have blonde hair with brown eyes I mean who knew you'd have a strawberry blonde baby!!
I love your little kiddums! They are so adorable. Oh I love the cuddling of babies. I keep wondering when mine won't be interested in cuddling anymore. But for now I'll just enjoy every minute of it. And I'm so sad I haven't meet your strawberry blonde baby. Oh someday!
