piddle paddle

so, i don't claim to know everything, i really dont. i just claim to know more than my husband when it comes to doing things the MOST EFFICIENT WAY. i don't know if this happens to anyone else but when we had our little boy Parks i felt like only i knew how to do things for him. i stayed home with him and chris went to work each day. so as a result, i was taking care of Parks for the majority of the day. so shouldn't i know what the BEST, most EFFICIENT way is to change diapers, giving baths, and feeding? YES. and here is a picture to prove it.

i was out in the kitchen and suddenly i heard chris calling for me. i ran in there and he says "Maris, he wont stop peeing". so it turns out that chris took the diaper off of Parks and then Parks peed. that would explain the first and largest pee spot. chris didn't have a diaper handy so he had to go and get one. (not very efficient). while chris was putting on the second diaper parks peed.....again, thus explaining the second middle sized pee spot. so of course he had to get another diaper..........while he was putting that diaper on parks, he peed again all over the diaper.
we were laughing so hard! and the funniest part was parks' face. he was only a couple of weeks old at the time and he just looked at us like....serves you right! everyone knows that cool air on a naked little boy means a nice cool spot on your mattress. im really glad we payed an extra 100$ for that matress protector!
okay, okay i admit i have my moments where i am not at all efficient.
i love that chris will at least attempt to change a diaper. he is such a wonderful dad to Parks!
